That’s why we’re excited to introduce our On-Site Low-Cost Chair Massage Service at the Learie Constantine Centre in Brent, UK. Our mission is to enhance your well-being by providing convenient, affordable massage sessions tailored to your needs.

Service Overview

Our chair massage service brings the benefits of professional massage therapy right to the community. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, tension, or simply a moment of relaxation, we’re here to help you unwind.

• Location: Learie Constantine Centre, 43-47 Dudden Hill Lane, NW10 2ET
• Schedule: Join us on three Tuesdays each month, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Last Tuesday of the month, from  9:00 to 1:00 PM. First appointment at 12:00pm, last appointment at 6:oopm. (Last Tuesday: 1st appt @ 9am, last appt @ 12:30pm)
• Session Duration: Enjoy 30-minute sessions (double up for 60 minutes)
• Fees:
  • £20 for Constantine Members
  • £25 for non-members

On the day

• A brief history will be taken. I'll want to know if you have any medical condtions, had any recent operations or injuries and whether you are on any medication.
• Let me know what your needs are and how you are feeling in your mind and body, as it helps to tailor the massage to your needs.
• The sessions are yours to enjoy, so let me know if you want the massage faster or slower, deeper/lighter in parts, if you don't want a particular area worked on, etc.
• Wear comfortable clothes. The massage is done over clothes so no need to remove any clothing apart from a jacket or jumper.
